FeedLiv does not claim rights over your generated content.

  • Does not contain harmful, hateful, or abusive material

  • Does not misuse AI tools

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Upload copyrighted content without permission

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or misuse our systems

  • Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the platform

  • Spam or harass others

Violation may result in account termination.

6. Subscription, Payments & Refund Policy

FeedLiv offers free and paid subscription plans.

  • Fees are charged based on selected plan

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled

  • Refunds follow company refund policies

  • FeedLiv may revise pricing with prior notice

7. Limitation of Liability

FeedLiv is not responsible for:

  • Misuse of AI tools

  • Incorrect or harmful user-generated content

  • Any legal dispute caused by user content

  • User’s business loss, copyright issues, or damages arising from AI output

Users accept full responsibility for how the generated content is used.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • UI/UX

  • Logos, branding, and software code

Users own their created output only, not the underlying platform.

9. Account Termination

FeedLiv may suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies or misuse the system.
Users may cancel their subscription anytime.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Indian jurisdiction.
